Join us for a new weekly class that takes place on Tuesday evenings at 8:00pm on Zoom. This class is on the mainstay chassidic philosophy work of the Tanya. Authored over 250 years ago, the teachings of this book contain powerful guidance to personal spiritual and moral growth coupled with a healthy understanding of who we are at our core.

The teachings of the Tanya delve deeply into the human soul and mind and deal with creating realistic expectations for growth, how to face challenges, what does a meaningful relationship with G‑d look like, and what are the tools that we can harness to help us go from A - Z.

This is a text based class and we will study from the The Practical Tanya - Part One - The Book for Inbetweeners by Rabbi Chaim Miller. I will have copies available, but if you would like to join regularly I would suggest buying the book.

The class takes place on Tuesday evenings 8:00pm on zoom.
