Community Artisanal Hamantash Bake! Sunday Feb 22

  • Chabad of Putnam County invites you to join us for a Community Artisanal Hamantash Bake!
Perfect for beginner and expert bakers alike.

Ever bite into a hamantash? That soft, sweet cookie with its delicious, sticky filling - a party in your mouth! The traditional hamantash is the beloved triangular-shaped treat we enjoy on Purim, most often filled with fruit jams or classic poppy seed.

At this exciting hands-on event, we’ll take tradition and give it a fresh twist. Participants will craft classic hamantashen and then take them up a notch with creative, flavorful add-ins to create truly artisanal treats. Try your hand at unique and exotic flavors such as lemon poppy, s’mores, funfetti, tangy apricot-orange, and sesame-delight halva.

Roll, fill, pinch, and bake alongside the community and discover the deeper meaning behind these iconic Purim cookies.

Spots are limited - don’t miss out! Register today, bring a friend, and get ready to taste Purim like never before.
